Impressive Efficiency Achieved in France

Validation tests were recently completed with a 1:20 scale turbine at the IFREMER testing centre in Boulogne-Sur-Mer, France. The company contracted machine build partners, DesignPro Ltd. to build the scale turbine.

During these tank tests, the device operated at 41% efficiency, an impressive achievement compared to the 32% industry standard with further optimisation and improvements possible. Funding from SEAI allowed for the design and build and was a crucial step in the research and development of the technology.
