You’ve achieved a lot of milestones and successes since you first started out in 2010 Is there any key event or turning point that stands out in your memory?
Our story began with myself and my wife Gemma creating soaps by hand in our kitchen. As our business grew, nature always remained my grounding force. After all, our native flora and fauna provide the beautiful scents for our home and body products. We quite literally would not be able to make our products without natural ingredients.“As our community flourished, I never lost sight of my commitment to protecting our earth. Receiving the B-Corp accreditation was one of my proudest moments in our business journey. B Corp is one of the most demanding certifications and evaluates a brand’s social and environmental impact, with over 300 questions about governance, workers, communities and impact on the environment. B Corp is a global movement of people using business as a force for good, and we are extremely happy to now be a part of that change.
What is your favourite thing about being an Irish sustainable company?
Being an Irish sustainable company shows that we are committed to supporting the local community and economy by creating jobs while also prioritising the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. This creates a sense of pride and purpose for us and for our customers who value sustainable and ethical practices.
